A reliable pair of hands can make a difference. Ask what is needed, understand the task and follow through on the commitment you make.

Writing, design, planning, facilitation and practical knowledge can all start useful conversations. Tell the team what you enjoy doing.

Know an organisation, educator or community group with a shared interest? Introduce an idea and explore whether there is a meaningful fit.
Before you commit
Rotaract is for people aged 18 and over. Expressing interest opens a conversation; the club will explain its current admission process, participation expectations and dues.
Confirm the date, venue, arrival time and any participation cost with the club before travelling.
Tell the team it is your first visit. Share your name, what interests you and any access support you would like to discuss.
Listen, ask questions and meet a few people. You can explore the community before deciding whether to apply.
Ask about membership expectations, current dues and upcoming opportunities. Find a level of involvement you can sustain.
